We’ve developed Draft.io, a highly flexible collaborative blackboard that supports very well remote retrospective sessions, especially if you need some freedom to customized templates or brainstorm at the same time.

In addition to that, you can vote, hide your ideas before sharing them, set up a timer, etc.
